What we arrange for you
If a visa is required, we help compile and coordinate the necessary documents. The competent authority decides whether to issue the visa.
We request appointments, clarify organisational requirements and coordinate your schedule. Appointments are allocated by the relevant practice or clinic.
We welcome you directly at the airport and arrange your journey to your accommodation. On request, we also coordinate travel from your hotel to appointments and back.
We accompany you to your appointment and arrange language support for the consultation as agreed. We confirm your preferred language and availability in advance.
We help you understand forms and complete them using the information you provide. We coordinate any required translations and the collection of your documents as agreed.
We look for suitable accommodation based on your preferences and arrange reservations or bookings on request – taking into account the length of your stay, location and accompanying guests.
We remain your contact for organisational questions, changes and planning the next appointment. We agree the scope of support and contact availability with you personally.
For urgent organisational problems, we assist within the agreed scope of support. In a medical emergency in Germany, please call 112 directly.

Yes. You can engage us solely for appointment coordination. Accompaniment, language support, transfers and accommodation can be added only if you need them.
Yes. We discuss which appointments you would like us to accompany you to and which language you prefer. For specialist medical translations, we clarify the specific requirements and available support in advance.
The work involved depends on factors including the number and duration of appointments, your preferred language, journeys and the length of your stay. We therefore prepare an individual quote that clearly describes the agreed services. Treatment, accommodation and other third-party services are clarified separately in the quote.
Grand Europa coordinates and accompanies your stay. Examination, diagnosis, medical explanations and treatment are the responsibility of the treating doctors and clinics. We do not issue medical documents or make promises about treatment or recovery.
To get started, we only need your preferred dates, location and the services you are interested in. Please do not initially send medical reports or sensitive health information by email. We will then agree an appropriate way to share any required documents with you.
